The "50005" is a device used in conjunction with a resistance measuring instrument. For example, it measures surface resistance according to the measurement methods described in the ANSI/ESD STM11.11 packaging standard, such as the DESCO 19787 digital surface resistance meter, and in accordance with the surface resistance of conductive materials as per ANSI/ESD S541.
